近日，攀鋼成功開發1500MPa級超高強韌鈦合金，成為國內首家具備該產品中試生產能力的企業。
當前我國航空裝備向高載重、長航時、極端工況發展，對緊固件用鈦合金提出超高強、高塑性、高疲勞穩定性嚴苛要求。我國高端航空緊固件用超高強鈦合金長期依賴進口，材料自主可控迫在眉睫。
攀鋼研究院通過原創合金設計、均質化熔煉、多尺度組織精準調控等技術攻關，成功制備出抗拉強度1552MPa、延伸率10%的鈦合金長線材，可滿足航空緊固件關鍵需求，為保障航空材料自主可控提供有力支撐。
